Shonaphi is on her second loan cycle with Phakamani. Both times she has used the financing to increase the items she carries and the quantities she stocks. Her business plan is to provide basic home and hygiene items to her community such as toilet paper, perfume, furniture products and tissues so folks do not have to take public transit in to the town when in need of some household essentials. She has also begun to provide some popular food items. Like all good entrepreneurs she identified a market demand and took action.

Shonaphi has already been able to transform the capital, support and training from Phakamani into increased customers and increased revenue, but she does not want to stop there!  She has plans for more growth and wants to be in a position where she can help others when they are in need.
