Nomvula is currently on her fourth loan cycle with us. She has used the capital, training and support to grow her bedding and cleaning supply business. The loans have allowed her to buy more stock and the increased revenue has allowed her to pay her the school fees of those that depend on her. Nomvula supports six children and grandchildren with her business.
The access to funding is not the only thing that has changed Nomvula’s business. Through training and from support given to her in branch meetings she has learned about pricing and customer service, which has enabled her to grow her business in the right way.
Nomvula continues to focus on savings and plans to expand her home and fill it with furniture. Additionally she wants to focus on continually investing in her business and hopes to purchase transportation to increase her geographic reach.
