It’s been remarkable. In just 12 months the number of active Phakamani clients has doubled! Our vision of empowering poor women to create their own businesses, uplift their families and build on their dreams is now being realised in ways that we previously could only imagine.
As the year draws to a close, we want you all to know how sincerely grateful we are for the part that you have played in the Phakamani Foundation and with it, our client’s success. For some of you this has been expressed by being part of the Phakamani team in the US, Canada and Australia. For some it is through the guidance that you provide to the SA Board, the Phakamani Trust or as an advisor. For some it is through the leading role you have in lending institutions like SEFA and Jobs Fund. For so many it is expressed though what you give as a donation. And last but certainly not least, we are so grateful for the many of you who pray.
As we move towards the end of this year, Shirl and I wish you all a very happy Christmas. That God would bless you in 2017 and in so doing, give all of us the creative ideas that we need to figure out how to leverage our lives for those who need a hand up to life itself.
