Linah has taken and repaid seven loans with Phakamani in order to grow her chili business, which she had started on her own before she joined the Fundzani group to be able to access the training, capital and support offered by Phakamani. Her business has been able to grow with the support she has received. She now also sells flowers, scones and clothing.
Additionally she has learned how to save for the future. And plan for it. She hopes to soon begin selling hot chips (french fries) in her community to meet an increasing demand. She is well on her way!
With the profits Linah makes currently she has been able to buy necessary items for her home to better provide for the three other family members that depend on her work.
